    I loved the resort and how relaxing it was. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Nada at the reception who was super welcoming&professional ( 10/10). Also big shout out to the pool and bar team (Hossam, Mahmoud and the rest) for their very joyful and positive attitude and their efforts in making our stay pleasant and relaxing.

    The hotel is great, it gives you a beach resort feeling, though you are in the desert. Rooms are great and spacious, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only negative comment I have is that the pool etiquette, once it is busy, is not enforced, meaning that you have babies without nappies in the pool..not great. Other than that all was fine.
