Absolutely fantastic hotel: friendly staff; excellent layout and architectural design; clean and well-kept; an amazing lawn; easy access to amenities at other hotels (gym, etc.); service everywhere one goes; dizzying selection at the buffet (not that many vegan options, but no problems what so ever for vegetarians!); all-inclusive truly means that (drinks, food, access to the water park, etc)! Excellent location; the staff was very friendly and supportive. On Saturday, we left at 4:00 am for a daily trip to Luxor, and they provided us with a pocket breakfast. We returned to the hotel at 11:00 pm and found a cold supper with club sandwiches in the room. In two days, we also had a buffet dinner and breakfast, which were both excellent. Highly recommended

Amazing views and beautiful buildings. We were upgraded to a sea view room which was lovely and they put us in rooms next to each other as we were traveling in a group. However the best part was the lovely, lovely staff. Saad - front desk manager and Hany - front desk/ person who greets you on arrival were especially incredible! They were so friendly, helpful, kind and remembered us as this was our second visit. I would go back and stay again just for these two guys who make the stay special. Thank you Saad and Hany :)

Great place, great service, awesome vacation, we loved it. We loved the beach, ideal for little kids. The beach is sandy, no big waves and the water is shallow.

Everything here is great, the service is excellent and the staff are really nice, especially in the main restaurant and the nut bar. The waiter is Hamada Al-Sudani.he is really nice guy

Everything was perfect, food & beverage 10, housekeep 10, animation 10, pools and beach 10, with shallow water for kids and deep water from a nice marina for swimming and enjoy snorkling. Aqua park also suitable for kids and adults. All of the staff were so friendly and trying to let us be satisfied, Mr Mohamed and Mr Walid the managers and the chefs were taking care of us always asking how satisfied we are!.....we would like to come back again next year
