The friendlyness of all staff was amazing. Food at the buffet was nice with a lot of variety. The à la carte restaurant Chez Pascal is outstanding. Fiendly host and excellent food! Overall the hotel and our room was very clean and tidy!

I have been to many Jaz hotels in the area, this is by far the best. Top class restaurants, food, services, animation etc. amazing facilities, modern rooms. I would highly recommend, especially for couples.

Everything was perfect, food & beverage 10, housekeep 10, animation 10, pools and beach 10, with shallow water for kids and deep water from a nice marina for swimming and enjoy snorkling. Aqua park also suitable for kids and adults. All of the staff were so friendly and trying to let us be satisfied, Mr Mohamed and Mr Walid the managers and the chefs were taking care of us always asking how satisfied we are!.....we would like to come back again next year
