The atmosphere was magical, the staff were all so helpful and friendly, and the food was delicious. The booking process of all the activities was very smooth. I also like that they lend us free winter gear for the duration of our stay.

This was my dream hotel stay and I loved every moment! We stayed with our dog and he was very welcomed. Beds were WONDERFUL. Staff was so kind and made our stay feel perfect.
