Great location and space, excellent apartment for holiday stay. We were 3 adults. The terrace was amazing and for the hobby cooks the market with fresh meat, fish, produce is just a walk away. The views were amazing, really relaxing! Highly recommend! We will definitely go back. The process to get into the apartment and check out was very easy and the communication with the property manager was easy and seamless. It was a great stay, I can only praise!

Easy access to Menton station to explore Monaco (10 min) , and pretty much all of the French Riviera within reasonable time. There are many shops, restaurants, and it's close to the beach.

The personal was very nice and helpful. The location was perfect for walking or to get on a local transport bus. They went out their way to make reservations for us to have dinner across the street in a very nice restaurant.

Although the apartment is in a busy resort, parking is almost problem-free. In the hot summer, the air conditioning and outdoor blinds work great - inside was a pleasant temperature, as we set. We also wanted to eat in our room but at the time there was no room service, so the restaurant let us order and then brought it up to our room…outstanding service. We had a small balcony with a sea view and what a view…a total wall-to-wall panorama of the coastline. The hotel is also typical of the 20th Century architecture in Menton…a pleasure to stay in.
