Beautifully decorated apartment with all necessary amenities! It's just a short walk away from Spar if you wish to do some of your own cooking and equally as close to the restaurants and Bars of the resort. For Skiing it's close to a few slopes and depending on which you want to go to it ranges from a short walk to a 5 minute drive. Really enjoyed my stay and the owner and Olga were very accommodating and helpful 😊 Would definitely stay again

On the slope- ski-in, ski-out. Super friendly staff!!!! Delicious breakfast. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return. Highly recommend.

Everything was excellent and the location couldn't be better. There's is a locker room where you can atore your ski equipment and then not having to take that to your room. Great!

Very nice and beautiful appartents. Great view on mounatins. Apts has everything you need for comfy living - fridge, tv, induction stove, iron. There are a separate locker in ski-depot, very handful to store all your equip (snowboard, boots, etc), so no need to keep it in the room. Located in Loft 1 building (the same as the Spar supermarket). Very close (about 2 min walk) to the ropeways. Extremely close to great rent service (Panda), very tasty and friendly restaurant (Veranda), nice place to have breakfast (Pilot) and a cool bar with PhoBo (Eskimos). Also want to pay some respects to the host. He was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The communication was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

It’s just as it looks on pictures. This apartment is a heart of Nee Gudauri. Everything is so close! You will enjoy not only restaurants, but also skiing/snowboarding! It’s simply one of the closest place to stay. Very cozy, nice, and clean apartment. There is simply everything you need. The host is great, responding very quickly. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms, downstairs there are two sofas for other people as well, with one bathroom and washing and drying machine, which was also useful for those who do a lot of skiing. Very beautiful place and the view.

Tamara was communicating with us throughout. Very nice premises and she even had an air moisturizer in the room much needed in Gudauri, where it is dry normally indoors.

me and my family had an exceptional experience staying at Lana's Gudauri studio in the Gudauri snowpark complex. The location, situated near the entrance, was incredibly convenient for accessing the park's amenities. Lana's hospitality exceeded expectations; she was exceedingly kind, helpful, and consistently prompt in responding to messages. The studio itself was cozy, clean, and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. I'm already looking forward to returning next year!
