Todo, habitaciones amplias, piscina compartida siempre limpia y a buena temperatura, muy bien climatizado, personal muy amable y atento, mencionar al Sr. Tsampikos de la recepción, siempre alegre y dispuesto a ayudarnos. El hotel es impresionante en todos sus aspectos. Sus 3 restaurantes a la carta, a cual mejor, para nosotros el Italiano fue perfecto, unos platos de verdaderos chefs, enhorabuena al Chef y a su equipo del RestUrante Italiano. El restaurante del Buffet tambien muy bien, muy buena calidad en todas sus comidas, nos encantó todo lo que comimos. La carne siempre tierna y exquisita y lo mismo con el pescado.

Complejo todo incluido al que debes ir con coche. La isla no está mal. Lo más bonito es el casco antiguo. Dos días suficientes. Es un complejo a rebosar de británicos donde van a pasar la semana sin salir de allí. Lleno de actividades para niños y mayores. Vamos como cuando nosotros nos vamos a Punta Cana.

We booked this place last minuet and was treated to a lovely family room with a beautiful pool view everything was just perfect Our bar lady Camelia who works her socks off at the pool bar is a credit to the hotel so so nice couldn’t do enough for us beautiful person The fact we could use literally everything between the breeze and the imperial Was just a wow factor for me the hotel is beautifully insane so much to do so much to eat and drink at any time of the day the cocktails are gorgeous , all of the staff were friendly no matter where you were I just loved it and will definitely be back one day 10000% ❤️😊🇬🇷

El personal, increíblemente amable. Absolutamente todas las personas con las que hablamos siempre con una sonrisa, dispuestas a ayudar. Tuvimos la suerte de tener un Upgrade en la habitación, impecable, recibimos regalos durante la estancia (vino y frutas) y uno al retirarnos. La comida variada, los Gyros y Pizzas riquísimos como snacks. Pudimos conocer el restaurante italiano y el griego, muy buenos los platos, muy ricos.

Hotel location in Kiotari, Rhodes. Very nice hotel with two salty swimming pools and one swimming pool with chlorinated water near hotel lobby and main entrance. Very professional and friendly two persons at the reception desk: Man at the reception and Lady from Mitsis Friends Club at the reception. I do recommend both staff members. Very good check-in experience thanks to aformentioned Mr at the reception and also, thanks to Mrs from Mitsis Club reestablished nice experience and saved our last day of our stay on Jul 15th (departure day), despite of last day unexpected late check-out service cancelation (see below). Also nice and friendly staff in hotel restaurant. Friendly maid staff, too. I do recommended all hotel restaurants with very nice, professional and very friendly staff. Five restaurants: main one and additional four: Greek, Italian, Asian and Mexican cuisine. Safe bridge connection over busy road to hotel beach, and also available hotel shuttle to the beach. Walk way from hotel to sea side is thro Mistis Maris hotel, so it is very safe for children since both hotels are connected and under security guidance. Very professional and friendly Ladies from Kids Club, especially one form Greece and two from Poland I do recommend.

Mitsis Matis Rodos is a fantastic hotel. John from guest relations especially organized everything really well for us. First time, he did so in June. And now the second time, in October. We travel a lot. But we can come across such a team very rarely. We would like to come back to this hotel time and time again. At the reception, Mika is very professional. She found the best room for us. The food is also amazing, which is thanks to their great chef. The waiters were amazing and very friendly. A lot of different nationalities work together in the stuff yet they remain extremely friendly and work as a team. We especially want to note the great work of John. Without this person, I’m sure the hotel will lose out on a lot. The housekeeping was also next level.

My room was very clean and stylish, the hotel's pool was a refreshing fountain, with its crystal-clear waters and spacious sunbeds. Whether we wanted to take a dip, bask in the sun, or simply unwind by the poolside, it provided a perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. This is a must-share. It's phenomenal!
