If you have any need , the personal will help you in anything they can: booking safari, clean clothes or any other topic (they organized birthday cake and special moment for my girlfriend birthday). Food is also very good and the chef also showed us how to cook in live cooking. The place is a bit away from the city which is also very positive because it gives a quiet and relax atmosphere. Nice and helpful staff. Not only the Safari is an amazing experience. Also the villages around the camp are very impressive: never met so nice and kind people around on our trip before. He assisted us with everything (taxi booking, drop off at safari starting point, etc.) and we also had nice conversations with him during our stay.
