In addition to the luxury this hotel offers, the entire staff of the hotel are amazing. They are friendly, helpful, engaging and make you feel like the most important person in the world. They go above and beyond the height of service, they think of things you do not and in advance of you needing them. I was sorry to have to leave this exquisite hotel and staff and truly hope and will endeavor to return here again. Anyone looking for a resort stay in Chennai should ONLY look to this hotel. You cannot go wrong and will savor every moment of your visit.
