Ki Niseko was the perfect accommodation for us as a couple. Comfortable, quiet, clean and close to the ski lift. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

The rooms were spacious and private, breakfast offering was great and diverse, the onsens are amazing and have both indoor and outdoor baths. The massages were very relaxing. The hotel offers shuttle buses each day to and from popular ski and town locations. Ski hire can be booked through the hotel and delivered to the hotel ski lockers which made things a lot easier.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The amenities were amazing and the view was stunning (although tragically cloudy). The staff were also very accommodating for a late check-out.

Room price included both breakfast and dinner. Unlike some meal inclusive resorts, the food quality here was superior and on par with what you would get at top-tier restaurants. The service is also impeccable. All the staff we met were amazing and epitome of Japanese service.

Rooms are a very good size and have good facilities. Excellent Onsen. Get breakfast included because the breakfast is very good and worth the extra money. Walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to Moiwa snow area. Has a courtesy shuttle bus to Niseko resorts. We had to eat in the hotel restaurant on a couple of nights and the meals were much less expensive than you would expect.MarkGroup

The onsite onsen is amazing. Breakfast was pretty good - not great, but filling and tasty. Dave runs a shuttle to and from the resort, and nearby restaurants in the evening.
