Everything. C Mauritius exceed our expectations: food was incredibly good with lots of choice as well as variety of drinks (quality wines, cocktails). Facilities and the room were very comfortable, we had everything we needed. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return and stay for longer than 3 nights :)

Unfortunately can't find my little note that I made with all the names of the amazing staffs at the restaurants, so a huge thanks to them all and also to all the chefs behind the kitchens for an exquisite daily culinary experiences. Mr. Rayivi from La Carre, a special thank you to him for telling us so much about Mauritius ROMs story 🦤 and for letting our daughter play the piano. We also thank Mr. Arnaud the food & beverage manager for your lovely gift on our departure. I was in tears. To Mr.Goetsch, the hotel manager for your hospitality and wonderful cocktails during sunset... We will return. And finally, most thankful to Mr. Nitish front office manager for been so attentive and generous with us, we will never forget your exceptional service. ❤️

Ambre had such an amazing vibe and the beach, the pool, the food and the staff were all AMAZING!! We had come from a neighbouring resort and Ambre was bar none a thousand times better, right from the get go, we won’t stay at any other resort when we come to Mauritius again - Ambre has stolen our hearts!! ❤️Tracy checked us in was very thorough & friendly. We had a large quiet, beautiful, clean, room & the king sized bed was so comfy. The complimentary mini bar in the room was restocked daily with beer, pop, water, chocolate bars & chip - Nice touch!! We also really like the tea & coffee (with real milk) that was provided in the room - Nice Touch. We also had a beautiful ocean facing deck that had comfortable furniture. Ravish looked after our room perfectly was super friendly & professional. We celebrated my husbands 60th bday at Dolce Vita - Davisen the restaurant Manager & Ayess took very good care of us, making us feel very valued & special, the service that was provided was the best - professional, friendly & the food was delicious & top quality. We celebrated our 25yr anniversary at Le Plage & Ashiss was wonderful, friendly & professional - the food was excellent!! Anntish looked after our food/drinks on the beach, he was amazing & always had a beautiful smile for us! Vishnu the bartender & Ashwin in the poolside lounge were both so prompt, efficient & friendly. The buffet where we mostly ate had a really great selection of hot and cold food with an ever-changing menu of local & international dishes . All in all we had a wonderful stay at Ambre & all of the staff were super. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back!! ❤️
