Everything! The house is excellent, large and modern. It is like a great treasure among all the others in all of Mauritius. The owner Richy and the person in charge Manu were very kind and helped to make everything perfect. It is well located near the beach. I felt comfortable as if it were my home. I recommend it 100%. During a difficult time following a bereavement, I sought solace in a hotel that turned out to be more than just a place to stay; it became a haven of warmth and genuine hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff, from the cleaners to the catering team, extended the kindest gestures and made me feel genuinely welcome. As a solo traveler, this sense of inclusion was invaluable; I never once felt isolated or alone. The spacious and beautifully appointed hotel room served as a sanctuary during my stay. The large, comfortable bed provided much-needed rest and respite. Despite encountering a minor issue, the hotel's response was nothing short of exemplary. They handled the situation with professionalism, efficiency, and a sincere commitment to ensuring my satisfaction. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional quality of service and delicious food offered at the hotel restaurant. Unlike many hotel buffets, the food here surpassed expectations, offering a diverse selection of delicious dishes. Moreover, the sunset views overlooking the ocean were simply breathtaking. Each evening, I found solace in watching the sun dip below the horizon, its golden hues casting a sense of tranquility over the surroundings. Overall, my experience at this hotel exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to the extraordinary warmth and hospitality of the staff. Their genuine care and attention made a challenging time more bearable, and for that, I am immensely grateful. I must also give special recognition to the exceptional staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable: the duty managers who displayed unfailing professionalism and attentiveness, the porter who couldn't have been more welcoming and Lewis, a lovely young beach team member, who (with a smile) patiently 'tried' to teach me to sail!

La struttura è molto grande, le camere sono spaziose e arredate con gusto, l'attenzione è rivolta anche all'ambiente. Ci sono 9 ristoranti diversi dove poter assaggiare prelibatezze locali e di ogni altro genere. Lo staff è estremamente attento, cordiale e professionale. Ringrazio di cuore Ismail per la sua accoglienza al nostro arrivo e per averci fornito preziosi suggerimenti per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. La posizione della struttura è ideale per rilassarsi e passare una vacanza coccolati in un posto meraviglioso.

Resort 5 stelle eccellente nei servizi, nella pulizia, cortesia del Personale sempre pronto ad accogliere e cercare di soddisfare le richieste del cliente. Camere grandi, molto confortevoli, anche la King Suite (base di partenza), discrete e riservate malgrado l’ampiezza del Resort. Diverse scelte culinarie possibili (5 ristoranti) + possibilità di servizio in camera h24. SpA eccellente. Insomma consigliatissimo anche per ubicazione sulla costa nord occidentale con clima più mite rispetto alle zone sud ed est.

The well kept colourful gardens & amazing seafront location - our studio was right on the beach & sunsets were beautiful. The bird life was vibrant & we loved being at one with nature. The wellness spa is fab. Our accommodation was gorgeous (with a corresponding price tag but everything was included). The food was consistently first class & plentiful. The staff were all well trained friendly & engaging. The small number of guests helped us integrate quickly & feel very comfortable. Special mention to Renu, Aniketh & Nick who each helped improve our experience.
