The staff, including Jennifer Lopez and Aniel from guest relations, were simply amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food was also a highlight of my stay. Every meal was delicious, and the portions were generous. I was pleasantly surprised by all the complimentary activities the hotel had to offer, such as goass boat rides, kayaking, and even a delicious lunch. It really felt like a luxurious experience. The room itself was excellent. It was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect for me. It was a true slice of heaven, and I couldn't recommend it enough for people looking to destress and enjoy the weather. Overall, I had an unforgettable experience at Coral Azur. I highly recommend it to anyone in Dubai or Saudi Arabia looking for a relaxing getaway. The staff, food, and amenities make it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Very friendly and professional staff. We were offered a nice room location and a bottle of none-alcoholic champagne upon arrival. They also upgraded us to full-board instead of half-board for our Anniversay. Especially Krishna at the reception and Aly at the restaurant were very responsive to our requests. Enjoyed the live entertainment every night.
