This is a truly pet friendly place. The owner, Angel, is a really nice man who speaks perfect English. He is helpful, knowledgable and kind. For people traveling by car, the location is ideal as it is near to the autopista. We will be coming back here again and again.

the villa is generally really nice, with enough space throughout the villa. the patio overlooking the little river was also really nice. access to the Villa swimming pool was super easy. the facilities at the Mayan Palace are really spectacular, including the spa.

Staff is fantastic, extremely helpful. Luz and Manuel at reception as well as Ivan at the beach made my stay really comfortable as they provided me all indications about restaurants, how to reserve the palapas at the beach and how all the Hotel worked. The beach is very clean and was great to have a long walk every morning. Food was really good and you may find all types as you may like. I can really recommend the place

The view was incredible, with easy access to the pool and beach. Very queer friendly environment. Great destination for a memorable vacation. Can't wait to be able to come. back.

The Location was excellent, the staff were spot on even with a slight language barrier they bent over backwards to help us. The Hotel was on a busy intersection which was handy for the colourful local busses to take you to other beaches. It was a busy Hotel so don't expect complete silence but all the comings and goings added to the fun. The buffet restaurant serves a great array of different foods.
