The food was incredible, there were so many options and we were impressed alcoholic beverages were included. We loved all of the entertainment and activities provided at the resort. The atmosphere was really enjoyable it never felt overcrowded. The resort was incredibly beautiful. We enjoyed every moment of our trip.

The staff - special shout out to Oliver and colleagues at the buffet, Angel at the pool bar, Yolanda at the spa and the staff cleaning rooms as well as the very helpful reception and concierge staff. The waiters in the Italian and Mexican restaurants too went above and beyond. They all took such care with our family and made our trip special. Even tracked down sun hats that we left by the pool and arranged early and late check out for us. So appreciated when travelling with a young family. Also loved the range of activities and facilities for our young children, the quality of the food, the ample sun loungers and cabanas (we were sometimes the only couple at the adult pool while our children were having fun/refusing to leave the kids club!). The seaweed was cleaned regularly from beach and plenty of cabanas and sun loungers there and great drinks and snacks service from Angel. It’s also quiet in the evenings so we could rest. Loved the turn down service and the daily immaculate room cleaning too. Kudos to the cleaning staff for this. The spa treatment we received was truly wonderful. Very professional and relaxing and such great care from Yolanda and colleagues. We just kept saying what a wonderful trip it was and have now such lovely memories to carry with us

The beach wasn’t swimmable due to alligators and high seaweed- the water was dark and muddy/murky. So, if your plan is to swim in the beach, plan to travel elsewhere for beach activities.

The beach is of very fine sand and swimming is ideal. The resort is very nice, upscale and well maintained. The rooms are large, it is recommended to take a sea view room with balcony. The food is excellent and was a big surprise for an all-inclusive resort where food very often is not more than average.
