The entire staff was wonderful, from check in to check out, every person was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having the restaurant on site was convenient and the food was good. The pool was nice as well as happy hour each evening. Ocean access across the bridge, we did some snorkeling. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Its gorgeous, with a range of pools and a private beach. Saw bad reviews of the food but we loved it (and we are vegetarian!). Loved the chilaquiles for breakfast and fresh guacamole at lunch time. We also enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Rooms were huge and spacious. Good selection of drinks. Very friendly staff.

Receptionist on arrival was extremely welcoming, helpful. Grounds were beautiful and kept in excellent shape. Room's bedroom and bathroom were fantastic with nice balcony and comfortable bed. Maid service daily which was really nice. Personnel were friendly and attentive. Attendants kept drinks coming at poolside and ala cart restaurants served delicious meals. Facility layout was very beautiful. Could have stayed another week!

Did it became something to be so appreciative today for really decent price they charge??????

If you like snorkelling or diving, fully recommend coming here. There are lots of fish and even stingrays. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the sea. The room was clean and spacious. Though we have stayed in all-inclusive resorts before, that isn’t our preference. Jorge is s self-made entrepreneur, born and raised in northern Mexico, and worthy of support. We are glad to have supported a self-employed person rather than support a multinational corporation.

If you hate the “canned experience” of all-inclusive resorts, this is the perfect alternative. If you are diving, the pier is across the street. My husband and I stayed here 13 years ago on our first trip to Cozumel and made a point of coming back. The staff is great! Bed was comfortable.
