We were delighted to be offered an upgrade to the “honeymoon suite”. The clean roomy cottage had a homey feel. The location was ideal ~ tucked away in the trees and yet a 5 minute walk to trails around the lake and a 10 minute walk from several restaurants.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, we got upgraded to a larger apartment with a kitchen and were even given a free pass to the hot springs which was very exciting! The apartment was huge, with a lovely balcony and view of the lake. If it hadn't been cloudy the stars would have been brilliant too. The kitchen was very well equipped and the staff were happy to help if we had any requests (not that we needed anything else!). The bed was extremely comfortable and the very large bath was delightful, as was the shower. The non-fogging mirror was also a nice surprise! My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful time and would highly recommend it to anyone.
