Exceptional location, service, with friendly welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time in New Zealand. Everything was immaculate and so well done. Getting to pet the ponies and sheep and donkeys while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake was a bonus!

This was by far THE BEST HOTEL IN ROTORUA! Everything was clean and organized. The apartment was very spacious and convenient. The hotel grounds offer a spa, large size chess games, swing set and table tennis. Great for families, couples and friends. It was 10 minutes from the shops and so many fun activities in the town such as 4x4 self driving, maze course and museums. The staff here are exceptional. So friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Oni and Josephine! They were Amazing and made the stay so welcoming. Overall great stay would definitely recommend!!!!!!

From the moment we arrived at VR Rotorua Lake Resort, we knew our stay would be something special. The resort's stunning location, right by the tranquil lake, set the scene for a truly relaxing getaway. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accommodation itself was wonderful, with clean, well-appointed rooms offering stunning views. In conclusion, our stay at VR Rotorua Lake Resort was not just memorable because of the beautiful setting and excellent facilities, but also because of the incredible staff, led by examples like Ajay.
