This was by far THE BEST HOTEL IN ROTORUA! Everything was clean and organized. The apartment was very spacious and convenient. The hotel grounds offer a spa, large size chess games, swing set and table tennis. Great for families, couples and friends. It was 10 minutes from the shops and so many fun activities in the town such as 4x4 self driving, maze course and museums. The staff here are exceptional. So friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Oni and Josephine! They were Amazing and made the stay so welcoming. Overall great stay would definitely recommend!!!!!!

Clean, comfortable spacious room with a great view of the lawn and lake. Really good breakfast included. We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, and the hot tub.
