He ensured that our stay was comfortable and grant solutions to make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely give him a 10 star rating if that is possible for his exceptional ability and attitude. He understands the true meaning of hospitality to make you feel comfortable.

The staff is good and the facilities in the hotel are good, at least it met my trip demands considering it was an official trip and not luxury. Jamil, the property manager is responsible and helpful.
