The staff at Zen was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay there. The greenery was very well arranged, and the photos came out great. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere perfect for families and couples. The restaurant is very nice with great service. Overall it’s my favourite place to stay on the East Coast, feels like home away from home. :)

The Hotel has an amazing spot: pieceful, but also close to Paje or Jambiani village. You can walk there on a beach or use any taxi (just 5 mins). Stuff is extremly friendly and let me highlight: they do everything for your pleasant stay. For example once I went out for diving, and they provided me breakfast meaningfully later , later than official brekki time ends. Or coffee even earlier, how restaurant opens, if you are an early bird. Really high appreciated these small flexible gestures! Not always can experience at each hotels…. Food is good quality (sooo much) and colorful : regarding daily fruits, veggies. Just ask! Also the owners have a cute dog , who makes even funnier the stay, like really at home. Last advantage: an official diving school right next to the Hotel, and a kite surfing shool 100 m far. Best spot, I shall go again for this hotel, highly recommended!
