it was a very nice place and the staff was very friendly and helpful, at the first day, they offered to change our room because our room was a bit from the lobby, we spent a lovely time in this hotel, all the staff tried to make us happy and wanted to help us, we needed something and they kindly helped us, we left our charger at the hotel in our room and they give it to someone that we sent there, I want to say thank you to all lovely staff especially the reception guys Jane and Faith who They almost always followed us

Facilities that they show on site wasn't available plus they charge us for the services that they never provided.... Like AC, Balcony, Heater for hot Water..... And many other stuff. Literally we had to fight for just asking a fan in the rooms...... Worst experience ever we had in Garden Source Resort Location was best but resort made our experience worst. He accommodated our booking and payment needs and I don't think I have ever encountered a hotel manager who is as good as he is at his job. I was very impressed and hope to see him next time I am in Jinja. The views, the rooms, and Manish (along with some other staff) were standout aspects of this resort.
