All you do is set a time of arrival and download the app the access your room once you arrive. The room was super cozy and comfortable, even with 4 guests. The resort itself was super comfortable, they have fire pits going for guests to hang out at along with a restaurant inside. The food was great and hanging out outside by the fire was awesome. I'll definitely be coming back at some point in the future!
