As it is, it is comfortable and very much pet friendly, relaxing, by the river. One of the best locations in Winthrop for pet friendly lodging. New beds are super comfortable. If the owners keep at it, this could be a super go-to location for a resort location with restaurant (not there yet), bar (not there yet) and a place for events (not ready yet). But now as it is, for a week or a few days, a great relaxing stay.
