Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or accommodating special requests, Mrs. Miriam went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Located on the shores of the Arabian Gulf, overlooking its own private natural bay, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi is situated on 1.3 km stretch of private beach. The ambiance, excellent customer service especially from Stella, the receptionist that checked me in. She went out of her way to ensure my stay was memorable.

The property location is out of the world, the warmth and care shown by the manager and crew was top notch. The property is nice and green and opens up to the sea in the most magnificent way. The indoor pools are heated to the right temperature, and what a pleasure it has been!
