A very nice family hotel with the private beach at the lake. Beautiful surroundings with the crystal clear water in the lake. Nice breakfast with home made food selection, very welcoming host. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

The apartment was really nice and comfortable, located quite well for walks and to drive to ski resorts. We were pleasantly surprised by the kitchen equipment - there was a lot available already! Additionally, the view and the terrace was great. Lastly, we met some of the neighbours who were super helpful!

The apartment is superb, modernly decorated, it is warm enough, the terrace in front of the stream is beautiful, instead of a TV there is a large projection screen with a beamer, Netflix is included in the price of the apartment, very fast Wifi is also included in the price, in a word, great!. The position is very good, there is a small shopping center a few hundred meters away, it's a 5-minute drive to the city center, and it's a 15-minute drive to the gondola for the Gerlitzen ski resort.

A wonderful new apartment with a modern kitchen, floor heating, a great terrace and a separate entrance. The local restaurants are a walking distance away with a great food and excellent service. A very welcoming host with expert knowledge of the area and always at your disposal with valuable information and ready to help. You can buy ski passes for the nearby resorts directly from the host. Everything we wished for our winter vacation - we shall definitely come again

Big appartment, private parking, very clean, good location. We were on skiing in Karten region and this is great location if you want to go to ski in different ski resorts, 20 minutes from Gerlitzen, 30 minutes from Bad Kleinkirchheim, 56 minutes to Molltaler Glacier, 59 minutes from Katschberg. Cant wait to come again :)

The apartment is in the center of Villach, close to a lot of ski resorts. We stayed for 2 nights and it was equipped with everything needed. It is small but for a short stay you don’t need much. It has a kettle, a stove, coffee machine with 2 capsules, toaster.. AC and heating system, lift, storage for ski stuff. If you have any questions you can call their number, they answer immediately.

It is a resort right in the river and it is focus to fishers. The environment is very nice and they have a natural swimming pool. The restaurant is very good although it is expensive (according to the quality of the food). They have bicicles for the guests.

We loved this property. Location was wonderful with several great walking paths leading right from the apartment. We were able to walk to Klopeiner See - which is a lovely lakeside resort with many good restaurants. We also enjoyed eating at the cafe located next door to this property. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, modern and had everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely come back if we are in the area again.
