The hotel has its own bar on the beach, which makes it very unique - this was a really fun place to hang out in the afternoons and meet other guests and locals/expats. The bar closes at 7pm so it isn't noisy at night. The rooms were fantastic with AC, a kitchenette and netflix. We actually came back here a week after our first stay we enjoyed it so much.

The lobbies, bars, restaurant and patios were beautifully decorated and have a great feel about them. The service was impeccable and fast and the staff is very nice and extremely helpful. It is quite close to downtown Placencia (about a 10-15 mins drive) where you can find a lot of cool cafes, bars and restaurants.
