For Skiing it's close to a few slopes and depending on which you want to go to it ranges from a short walk to a 5 minute drive. Really enjoyed my stay and the owner and Olga were very accommodating and helpful 😊 Would definitely stay again

Rich breakfast, very delicious choice of food for dinner. Modern and clean rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly! Very good location - lift is reachable from the hotel by skis. Modern ski room. Not the first but definitely the best experience of staying in Gudauri till now.

There's is a locker room where you can atore your ski equipment and then not having to take that to your room. Great!

There are a separate locker in ski-depot, very handful to store all your equip (snowboard, boots, etc), so no need to keep it in the room. Located in Loft 1 building (the same as the Spar supermarket). Very close (about 2 min walk) to the ropeways. Extremely close to great rent service (Panda), very tasty and friendly restaurant (Veranda), nice place to have breakfast (Pilot) and a cool bar with PhoBo (Eskimos). Also want to pay some respects to the host. He was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The communication was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

The location, situated near the entrance, was incredibly convenient for accessing the park's amenities. Lana's hospitality exceeded expectations; she was exceedingly kind, helpful, and consistently prompt in responding to messages. The studio itself was cozy, clean, and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. I'm already looking forward to returning next year!
