Even after we checked out, they graciously allowed us to continue using the pool facilities and provided us with towels, extending their hospitality beyond our expectations. The location of the hotel is another highlight. Situated close to the lake, it offers breathtaking views and easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, Hanna Resort offers exceptional service, a good location, and great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Atitlán and look forward to returning in the future.
