This is the best vacation my parents and I among the several we took in the last 5 years. The resort has a rustic charm to it, the grounds and room are well maintained. You get to see deers, wild boars and langur monkeys within the property. Tracy and Gibran helped us with all our trip planning and any special requests we had for our elderly parents during our stay. All the support staff were amazing and helpful in every way. Thank you Jungle Hut for the wonderful memories, will definitely visit again.

I have had the pleasure to stay in this facility for 3 days. I booked it because it was close to my place of interest, because it had good reviews and because the pictures looked pretty. Little did I know how much I underestimated this resort! The combination of tranquility, breathtaking views from your "room", the omnipresent luxury, selection of superb activities, the cuisine, the actual living forest all around you and overall hospitality and service simply cannot be described by words. One must experience it first-hand to fully appreciate this gem of a property. This property is situated literally inside a functioning coffee plantation, where you can explore the coffee making process from blossom to brewing (and roast / grind coffee beans yourself!). That is only one of the few exceptional activities offered, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The plantation is huge, and so is the resort itself. So of course they drive you with a buggy, whenever you are not in a mood for a little walk. Your "room" is actually a cottage, suspended above tree foliage, with a sense of complete privacy, even though a next cottage is nearby. The view has depth which can only be experienced by the seashore, or at high altitude. The connection to nature is taken very seriously here, and can also be felt intensely everywhere - whether you are relaxing on the terrace of your cottage, or walking to the pool and spa, or just having dinner. Talking about dining. The selection and variety of meals is astonishing, and so is the flavor. The whole dining experience is wonderful - the taste, the drinks & cocktails, the fact that you are actually dining above the waterfall, prompt and kind service offered by every staff member (waiters and managers alike). I would especially like to spotlight Mr.Bishu, who was serving us for the duration of our stay. He was always professional, very kind, attentive to all our needs, and so polite. The caretaker staff led by Ms. Mallamma were exceptional, not to mention the traditional cuisine. The owner Mr. Rajaram was checking in regularly to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The property itself is simply beautiful, and there is a small hill that you can hike up to just next to the property. The house is surrounded by pepper, banana and areca trees. I was told that pickup service is also available for those that are not driving themselves to the property. Overall, one of the best experiences.
