The lounge area with the giant fireplace is awesome, very nice food, very spacious rooms and first class facilities such as the onsens and indoor swimming pool. The decor could be interpreted as dated (as other reviews have stated) but we felt this simply adds to the warmth and cosiness of the establishment. The service here is seriously next level and it is fantastic value for money.

The restaurant also offers dairy-free and vegetarian dishes. This hotel was amazing! there was a games room and play area for children and a Family Onsen as well as male and female Onsens. The staff were extremely helpful and buffet restaurant served a wide range of food. The hotel was very modern and funky and the room was big enough for 5. We rented a car from Nagano and drove to Omachi through the mountains- it was quite snowy but the car was useful to get around Omachi. Nearby Jigatake Ski slope was quite small and only bottom slope was open Mid-Dec but it was perfect for younger Children.

Love the onsen and the guest services office where you can leave your luggage while you shop at their outlet mall. they even ship your luggage to your room before you check in.

The included breakfast and dinner are wonderful, and the spa is a lovely place to relax. Lots of thoughtful touches in the hotel like stargazing equipment, a coffee machine and a little snack bar.
