Exceptional Staff. I had my luggage delayed at the airport and the staff at the hotel arranged for the luggage to be delivered directly to the hotel at a later date directly to my room. There's also free transport to the old market from 6PM which I used frequently. The hotel staff also always answers your call on WhatsApp and assists you whenever possible. The rooms were also very clean with great AC. The photos look like CG but the hotel is just that beautiful.

Miguel en particular fue muy atento cuando nuestro vuelo fue un poco más tarde de lo esperado. Volvería a quedarme aquí sin dudarlo.

The Hotel was the perfect base during our time in Siem Reap. We stayed for 6 nights which was great to explore most of Angkor Wat and Siem Reap in a relaxed way. And even after this time it was hard to say goodbye. The hotel owner David and all his staff are super warm and attentive. They really make sure everything is perfect. Everytime they surprised us with different little treats like fruit juices, delicious banana chips or fresh fruit in the room. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Our room was spacious (we even got an upgrade!) and very clean. Breakfast and all food in the hotel‘s restaurant were delicious. Everything was just perfect! we booked tours through the hotel with a TukTuk - Rorth was our driver for the whole time and we loved him! The hotel is not directly in the city center. But it is very quiet (the neighborhood is safe too!) and you can order a TukTuk at the reception at any time. It‘s 3$ return.
