This hotel is one of the best we have experienced in Asia. The room facilities and services were the best of all the hotels we have visited in our life. The staff is incredibly trained, Salin and Hak are the best. The ladies gave us a fantastic massage, we recommend it. Breakfast tables, lunches and dinners were royal and at a high level. You are TOP and hopefully we will come back one day.

What a beautiful resort😍 I really fell in love with the scenery, it feels as if you are out in the country side surrounded by nature, but you are actually 5 minutes away from the city. We got a free upgrade from to a two-bedroom family villa and private swimming pool. The staff are kind and polite. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Nestled within tropical hanging gardens, Jaya House River Park offers accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. We absolutely love this boutique hotel, it is by far one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, actually it is the best place we’ve ever stayed. It’s the attention to detail and the care with which it is run that really makes it stand out. They take the guest experience seriously! There is free daily laundry, free daily massages, fresh flowers in your room, cold wash cloths when you come in and they spray you with natural lemongrass mosquito spray as you leave, and there’s the free tuk tuks into town and back (you get a phone to ring them when you’re ready to be picked up) - all definitely makes you feel pretty special and spoiled and very, very well looked after! It’s in a beautiful garden setting with two lovely pools for cooling off (definitely needed) a fantastic restaurant (very good food) and a roof top bar with live music (very talented singer when we were there who took requests which was fun). We stayed in a villa with a plunge pool (really really recommend!) All the staff are absolutely gorgeous and so well trained in looking after the needs of the guests, with a special mention to the charming General Manager, Chris (thanks for all the attention and interesting chats). However there’s a bigger picture, when you stay here you are giving back to the local community. Christian, the owner/operator is passionate about caring for the community and growing people (and trees!) There’s a lot to know about his initiatives, for the local people and the environment, and well worth checking out and supporting. We loved this hotel for many reasons, we were spoiled and treated like royalty as guests but even more importantly we love the ethos behind the vision and what Jaya House is doing to support the local area and people. We really can’t recommend it highly enough.

This beautiful, modern, and well maintained hotel and property is a must for anyone coming to Siem Reap. The Reception and common areas , pool area are quiet, intimate, and like a tropical jungle! What makes the property even better are the young staff members who welcome you and do everything possible to make you feel comfortable and important to them. The Massage and Spa treatments are also a must!
