Guests have the benefit of a dedicated room attendant during their stay. The house is just AMAZING. Christell- the maid- is basically the best- keeps everything superclean, cooks delicious meal, she also worked as a manager for our dreams to realize : such as a swimming with whales and dolphins, massages, deep sea fishing trips etc.

We stayed in a suite so everything was really excellent and pampering.

For more enjoyment, relaxing treatments are available at the spa. The hotel also offers other facilities such as a fitness centre, sauna and hammam. Daytime activities were really nice. Boathouse staff were super friendly. Had a great time sailing and wakeboarding.

The food, the rooms, the peppers were super nice and made the stay great.

The resort features 4 restaurant, Annabella restaurant, Le Palmier, La Plage and our beachfront restaurant Gin'ja. We had the perfect stay at Heritage Le Telfair ; Absolutely everything was perfect, especially our host Melvin who made sure we had the best experience possible. The restaurants were great - outstanding food, service, selection, drinks and atmosphere. There is so many bars and restaurants and places to hang out during the day, we didn't even leave our hotel within the 5 days we were there (and that is saying something for me, as I always need to be on the go!)

I like so sofitel so much the room is beautiful and the hotel is so relaxing and i would thank the manager Deva she was so nice and kind. Sure we will come next time.
