Each room at Regal Palms Resort includes a private bathroom, flat-screen Sky TV. Heating and air conditioning are provided, along with tea/coffee making facilities, microwave and fridge. lovely spacious, clean and well equipped suite. Enjoyed the free tennis and putting on good surfaces and easy access to equipment. Laundry facility was also useful..

The resort also boasts an outdoor swimming pool, heated hot tub, fitness centre and a tennis court. Guests can enjoy use of the BBQ facilities, fish from the shores or park their boat and relax after a day on the water. This was by far THE BEST HOTEL IN ROTORUA! Everything was clean and organized. The apartment was very spacious and convenient. The hotel grounds offer a spa, large size chess games, swing set and table tennis. Great for families, couples and friends. It was 10 minutes from the shops and so many fun activities in the town such as 4x4 self driving, maze course and museums. The staff here are exceptional. So friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Oni and Josephine! They were Amazing and made the stay so welcoming. Overall great stay would definitely recommend!!!!!!

Ajay was not only supportive and helpful throughout our stay but also exhibited a level of professionalism and dedication that was truly commendable. His hard work and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived at VR Rotorua Lake Resort, we knew our stay would be something special. The resort's stunning location, right by the tranquil lake, set the scene for a truly relaxing getaway. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accommodation itself was wonderful, with clean, well-appointed rooms offering stunning views.
