Lovely staffs were excellent provided very good customer service. We just stayed 1 night at Chinese Spring festival, the reception manager was very kindly to upgraded sea view room for us. All staffs are polite and helpful. The location is excellent that we could walk to the beach in 2 minutes. There was many choice of breakfast with different variety. Our rooms were vey clean and comfortable. I like the stuff they are so friendly and helpful. The room and entire Hotel was amazing. Food & drink was nice. Swimming pool clean and warm enough in winter season. The hotel gift me massage on my birthday which really wonderful. The total Atmosphere was wonderful. Every day new shows . I like it and will be back again.

Located by the beach. Towels from the hotel. AC and Internet worked well. Despite the location of the hotel not fair from an amusement Park, it was quiet, which I appreciated a lot. One could definitely relax.

This hotel with 2 swimming pools. It offers a spa including massage treatments. Each en suite room includes a balcony with a view of the garden or the sea. Front office team were friendly and helpfull especialy Mrs. Mounira always smilling and giving good customer services experiences , and F&B was good as well
