From the moment I made the booking online, through calling to clarify arrival time and requesting info regarding COVID, to actually arriving at the property—all was very smooth. Staff were very helpful and caring. The chalet was clean, cozy, well lit, and had an amazing view of the mountains. Sunset was such an unforgettable view, and I know that I'll have to be back again for it. The Broil King gas grill was clean and very easy to use, and its position is just perfect for a dad carrying out a tub of marinated stuff out of the chalet.

I think it's the only place of its kind in the Ukrainian Carpathians. Yes there may be other great hotels, but none of them can provide the full authentic experience that Koruna provides.
