The employee Muhammed is polite and nice person who helped us about everything what we needed. The breakfast is extraordinary, there were a lot of options to choose. Accomodation is big enough and conformable.

Guests also have access to the riad’s hammam, where beauty treatments and massages are available. The property is amazing. The rooms, the terrace, the pool, the chilling areas, everything is just beautiful. The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist you. If you get there by cab, they send someone to help you out with your luggage on hour way to the Riad. The breakfast buffet is delicious and you have several options to choose from. I would definitely choose this riad again if I return to Fez.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a shared kitchen and currency exchange for guests. One of the prettiest hotels I have ever stayed in! The decoration in every area was beautiful, a few small areas needed a little TLC but easy to see passed this as the rest was stunning. The staff, especially Mohamed we’re all so friendly and helpful and always greeted you with a smile and delicious mint tea was always offered. The breakfast was a feast and really set you up for a days walkIng through the many streets of the Medina.

Thanks a lot to all the staff and to the manager of the riad, we had a lovely holiday and we’ll be back for sure, inshallah! We’ve visited many Riads in Fes and this was the most beautiful. I fully recommend it!
