It was only a 2 minute walk to Goryu and 5 minute walk to the gondola. The house facilities were amazing and meant we could cook every night. Met some cool people each night in the communal living area and great value for money! Will stay here again for sure!

Whilst not in a town center it was only a short walk to both Happo and Echoland. It was no problem walking in ski boots to the bus stop every day. The owners were lovely, everything was spotless and well maintained.

It is very clean and surprisingly spacious for Japan standard. The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to Happo One ski resort and to the bus terminal as well. The onsen, although not big was a bonus in the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

1 of the best services every provided in a living residence. The lady boss was even more friendly, and has top tier service in my entire traveling time. There was a lounge for me to relax at the late night timing with tea, super hot super clean onsen too!

We had a massive room with direct view of the ski mountain. Perfect location which is only a few minutes walk from the main ski lift in Hakuba. There was good breakfast there for an extra cost.

The owner was so kind, preparing snacks at the end of a day on the slopes and making bookings for local restaurants. The location is excellent, being extremely close to the Happo One shuttle bus and walking distance to many restaurants. The onsen was also lovely at the end of the day :)

The bathroom and toilet are shared but very clean. There's a hot and cold water dispenser on the 1st floor, and a dry room in the basement. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but it's advisable to book in advance. You can also have your luggage sent to the accommodation in advance with prior notice."
