Each meal was delicious and elegant. The onsen was by far the best one of our 2 week trip. The room was spacious and staff were incredibly accommodating, going out of there way to congratulate us on our engagement. They even gave us a framed photo to commemorate our engagement! Our stay here was certainly the highlight of our journey!

Exceptionally friendly, food outstanding and room utterly clean. They were so happy and excited about my 15month old baby and made sure he was comfortable as well. Ryokan and Onsen experience was one of a kind. I wish I could have booked more than one night.

Great location, once you’re off the main road it’s very very quiet. The staff were so kind and welcoming. I wish I weren’t so afraid to use the public bath because I’m sure it’s an essential part of the experience, and I feel guilty because they provided yukatas and insisted that we use their facilities!

It is located in a busy area and it is very good to enjoy traveling, and the open-air bath was also very good! Above all、 a staff member named kaho(?) was very kind among the staff members of the inn, and I felt very good whenever I faced each other. All the staff at Rangetsu were kind, but kaho was especially kind. Please say thank you even though I don't know the exact name of the employee! I hope to visit again next time. Have a nice winter :)

It was perfect. I enjoyed my stay and had loads of fun for my bday celebration. The staff was very accommodating and was considerate enough to throw a surprise greeting for my birthday. Loved the whole stay! I would very much go back.
