The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. They were prepared to deal with guests of the world via technology and an open-minded attitude. The food was a delicious collection of the local ocean's best and the service excellent and friendly. We had an amazing time there, especially for a first stop on our Japan journey. Thank you! :D

Also, sheets and room was fairly clean (although smelling smoke), and no bed bugs or anything similar. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, but because my mother could not stay in her room due to the asthma, we left after 1 night. For this, the hotel was kind enough to refund the 2nd night. Which deserves mention. That increases the score.
