At the ryokan, the units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The hotel is located in a beautiful natural setting, on the seafront and with spectacular views. The hotel staff treated us very kindly and helped us with everything we needed. They even picked us up and took us to the station when we left. They made us feel at home! Highly recommended

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. It’s a family owned guest house with mother, father and two kids born 2020 and 2023. The father speaks English and that is friendly and eager to help. The common area is the same as the family’s private space. As a family you have access to a big bath tub big enough for four people. The house is made out of mainly wood, which is spacious and cozy. They created small areas for kids to play. Example a small ropeway. The father likes spear fishing. Relaxed atmosphere and helpful family made the trip to Amami really pleasant. Recommended.

What makes this place stand out to me are the numerous bath houses…there are 3 outdoor baths as well as an indoor bath. All can be accessed privately with a key system which makes it very relaxing. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very kind and polite.

The en suite bathroom comes with a bathtub and toilet. Everything was just perfect. Fabulous location, staff and facilities. Loved the gentle renovation, it has kept its ryokan style. Loved the decor of our room, it gave it a really nice atmosphere.

It has an indoor hot-spring bath with fresh hot spring water and serves Japanese cuisine. The Staff was very welcoming and helpful, starting with kindly greeting us at Ibusuki train station and generously providing a ride to the ryokan. Loved the traditional tatami room and wonderful hot springs (even with a private bath area). The owner was very responsive to communication via Booking message app and also has very strong English so all went smoothly. Breakfast on site was very good and convenient since restaurants are primarily near the station.
