La libertad is nice but el tunco is a bit better in my ooo...
La libertad is nice but el tunco is a bit better in my ooo ion with more to do. We walked the beaches however the tide was pretty high most of the day so it was difficult to properly enjoy. The town is easily walkable. They were setting up for a surf competition so the park and a few other places were closed leaving a la k of options. Pa y Ma had great food in town!! Probably the highlight of the area.

I stayed 2 days and really enjoyed my time there. I stayed in playa st Blas during the day and drove to playa El Tunco every evening for the restaurants and the night life. Beautiful beaches; it's is a shame business owners do not invest money in keeping the beaches cleaner. And some of the business owners empty waste in the ocean. So disappointing they have their business there and do not protect this beautiful beaches.

I love La libertad it has so many Beaches and places to explore. It is just amazing. If you live seafood or surfing this is the place. If you ever go there and like the living night and have fun like nightclubs visit El Tunco especially on weekends.AAnonymousUnited States

It is beautiful, owners are amazing, animals are lovely, location is absolutely perfect. You can hear the waves crashing from the pools and your room. The grounds were filled with lovely gardens, multiple area to relax, and amazing pools. This accommodation made my trip extra special while visiting El Salvador. So nice to hang out there all day and enjoy the hotel. And relaxing to come home to after a day of exploring. I cannot wait to come back!
