David and Vanessa were super helpful with recommendations of where to go, typical places to eat, and how to get there. The hostel is quirky, and most of all, spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend staying at Villa Bonita!

Vanessa is very friendly and helpful, she was happy to give us tips on things to do around, and helped us booked our tour. Good location, short drive to the bus terminal. The place is beautiful, kept super clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of showers with hot water, and nice patio to meet other people. Fast wifi in both the rooms and common areas. Breakfast is included in the price, very nice. Definitely recommend if staying in Riobamba.ConstanceYoung couple

The bedroom was very comfy and there were lots of great facilities （games room, kitchen, multiple bathrooms). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt very at home. The staff even prepared a delicious takeaway breakfast for us because we had a 5am start for our hike! This was very thoughhtful and kind. The hostel also felt very clean. They spoke good english, which was very nice since I don’t speak spanish. When it was time for me to go, the hosts called a taxi for me, walked me out to the taxi, and insured that the driver knew exactly where to take me and verified the price.
