Loved watching the little Mediterranean tortoises roaming the grounds. Short walk to Punta Prima beach & restaurant. Easy & large area to park at the front of the house. Catherine, the main contact for the booking is very quick to respond and Giovanna, who takes care of the villa and a short drive away is equally helpful, super friendly & quick to respond if you need help. My family have stayed here twice and I would book it again in a heartbeat.

The view was absolutely stunning. Get this Villa for the view alone and you won’t be disappointed. Everything was in walking distance including a beautiful swimming spot off some rocks just in front of the villa. Small grocery stores nearby and a pharmacy. A few restaurants by the beach which were quite touristy but hey, we’re tourists!

The house had a wonderful private swimming pool, cleaned every day, the kids had fun every day, it was hard to get them out of the pool, the grill outside was also great, and there was a ping-pong table.There are beautiful beaches around that are easy to get to, shops close by with everything you need, I recommend this place

The pool had multiple loungers and other places to relax, it’s lit up really nicely at night and there is a big outdoor table for family meals. Inside the house was really clean, the bedrooms were comfy and there is air conditioning throughout. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. The villa is located close to amenities and there is a bus stop nearby to get to Mahon. I really recommend this villa for larger groups especially!

On arrival, we found cold water, eggs, bread and butter (and a few other items) in the fridge where in other villas we have stayed at, there’s been nothing. After a flight with two toddlers, this was extremely appreciated. It’s the little things that make such a difference. It’s really well equipped, it has loads of plates, cutlery, glasses etc.. The big garden, Petanque, pool table, table football and darts were all a favourite with my family. A high chair and cot were provided for our toddler and plenty plastic cups, plates etc were there too. It felt like a home, not just a holiday villa.
