The apartament be a very clean and got much space. Katerina ( the owner ) was the best. We had everything we needed. Big + for washing machine. We traveler for a 6 weeks and we feel like home or best friends home.

Olive House, vil·la a Malia

Olive House, a property with a garden, is located in Malia, 1.6 km from Alexander Beach, 1.6 km from Ikaros and Kernos Beach, as well as 1.7 km from Central Malia Beach.

Owner was hospitable. House was amazing - nice, quite and exceptionally comfortable. There is a small orchard around the house. The kitchen had everything we needed. The AC is really powerful, which was important to me. It cooled that huge room quite fast. The 3(!) terraces from the house are looking to 3 different sides, so you can choose to sit in a shade or have a sun bath any time of the day. The WiFi was really stable, though the bandwidth was not really high. But you won't get issues if you do not need to stream video or get a lot of data through. The soundproofing is great, so nothing disturbs your sleep.

Character property in an great location with the bonus of parking in Malia Old town. The property has everything you need for a short or long stay and the balcony was particularly comfortable with views over the roof tops. Excellent communication after booking and met at the property on arrival by the owner who was readily available if required.

Situated in Malia, the air-conditioned Villa Verde features free WiFi, a spa bath and a terrace. The property is surrounded by trees, 30 km from Heraklio Town.

Very nice host, nice and clean pool, fully equipped house, even though some things might be a bit older already. But one has everything needed. The location is OK. It is like 1km from a supermarket. Also a lot of bars and clubs are in that area. Only the way down to the city and up to the villa can be a bit annoying. We took mostly a taxi which is like 10 eur. All in all I would recommend that villa.

M'ha agradat molt la situació de la casa, al bellmig de Malia. La casa era molt gran i decorada amb molt bon gust. Ens van oferir la possibilitat d'accedir a la piscina de l'hotel Parthenis, i ens van portar tovalloles de platja. Tot molt net i agradable.

    El lloc és increíble, la cura del jardí i la piscina és immillorable. Pel que varem entendre, de forma separada tenen tres establiments, un a peu de platja, l'altre (on erem nosaltres) a 10 minuts caminant, i un hotel a la zona més concorreguda de platja de Malia, tot aprop. La zona de platja privada és increíble, amb unes hamaques de matalàs mirant al mar i el seu propi bar-restaurant amb piscina a peu de platja. El lloc està impecable en neteja.
