A sense of luxury just 1 min walk from all the charm that Matala has to offer. Nikos and his mother were also incredibly warm, friendly, helpful and professional. Great communication throughout.

What a gem of a place!! Wonderful 2 bedroom house in the heart of Matala, with parking and a fabulous host! The house was immaculate with plenty of facilities and the beds were very comfy. Bars, shops and restaurants right on your doorstep and the beach less than 5 mins away. There is a bar next door that did live music but with the windows closed you could hardly hear it, however we sat on the balcony watching and got to know the owners of the bar who were also lovely. The host was very attentive and only a text message away. All in all an amazing place and fab village to stay in, would 100% recommend!

We loved our stay at AKTI homes. The house was in a great location, could be at the sea in 1 minute, even less to the bars and restaurants. The view of the caves from the balcony was beautiful and was lovely relaxing in the hot tub listening to live music being played locally floating through the air. Great finishes on appliances and comfy beds. The owner met us on arrival and she was lovely. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The location was amazing, the view of the beach, caves and surrounding area was absolutely stunning, lovely sunsets and it was so relaxing to sit on the veranda and chill looking over the village, definitely one of the best points of this villa. The owners were very hospitable bringing cake and olive oil and Eva was so helpful and made herself available whenever needed, we will definitely be re-booking, thank you for a fabulous holiday.

Very clean, new and beautiful interior, own infinity pool for every villa. Maybe around 5-10 minutes to walk to Malata Beach... Better to walk because there are not enough possibilities for parking on the Beach. We were so glad to be there... best time of our round trip.
