It is in a secure, gated community in Guatemala City with a very attentive and helpful staff. The garden area downstairs is perfect for reading a book, relaxing or for taking breakfast. By the way, the breakfast included is fantastic.

Good location. It was luxurious. But price-quality, its a bit pricey in comparisson to other stays in Guatemala. But it was lovely, the rooms are very spacious and charming if you like the antique style (not modern style ). It was very neat and the breakfast buffet was really good. Also dinner options are nice. Situated in a gated community it is a safe place in Guatemala city. An excellent selection of meals on the menu, can be eaten in the dining room or in the manicured garden, and the food is delicious. The Villa is quiet and extremely comfortable. The staff are super helpful even offering a pickup and delivery from the airport which is 5 minutes away, and they are all very friendly speaking perfect English. I stayed in an upstairs suite with a balcony. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. And everything was clean. Breakfast is included. My room was super cozy with lots of local decorations. There are terraces looking into a lush green wall of trees so it feels like being on a retreat in the mountains.
