The villa was exceptionally clean and spacious. Lots of kitchenware, utensils and all of the home comforts required for catering for a large group. The pool was also very clean and well maintained along with the outdoor BBQ area. Fresh towels and linen provided and changed regularly and all of the appliances are very modern and clean. All of the rooms have state of the art air con if needed but the rooms are so large they tended to stay fairly cool despite the hot weather. Svetna who owns the property was so kind and very attentive. She even gave us lots of home produce such as tomatoes, onions etc from the gardens. It's a quiet area but only 20 minutes from the beach. A couple of good restaurants nearby the villa and lovely bakery. Great place to relax away from the busy resort area.

Every thing was perfect en nearby all nice places to visit . so max driving was about 15 to 20 min the rest was shorter . one of the best restaurants was like 2 minutes walk away from the Villa so super add on to the place . Also lots of privacy. Pool was also perfect .

The house was very modern and beautiful. The garden and pool area were amazing. Ive and Miranda were very nice and took care of the pool every morning, so we could enjoy our vacation to its fullest. They were also very helpful in general. We really enjoyed our time here. There is also some nice restaurants and a smaller grocery shop close. We especially enjoyed the table tennis in the cellar.

We spent wonderful time in Villa Lorena. House was fully equipped and very clean. Every room has own bathroom which is Perfect option. We liked fact that around pool there are trees where we can take a rest from the sun. Location is very good, near to Zadar and Nin. Bakery and restaurants are on the same street. Owners are very kind people, they bought food for first days and took care about pool's cleaning. Place perfect for family. We definitely would like to come there once again :)

The villa had everything we needed. No need to buy loo paper or a sharp knife etc. very well appointed. The pool, although small, was perfect for our needs. The bikes were in need of a little TLC, but were fine for short bike rides in the area.

All the rooms has a bathroom (one of the on the corridor) which is great and comfortable. Next to the Villa there is a "garden kitchen" with terrace, grill possibility, and a laundry room with a toilet which you can use if you are in the garden or in the pool.

You can find good restaurants, a market and a bakery nearby. We had a great time at this villa and he highly recomand it.
