Stunningly beautiful accommodations. Floors and walls in marble. Modern smart home with lots of space. In a lovely residential area that is within walking distance to the river, a park with bar, food and even music and walking trails. The town has a good supermarket. And the train stops in town for easy access to Bologna. good wifi and tv.

Wery cozy apartment. Has all the necessary facilities and more, plus private parking in the yard in the same street. The host is very nice and left us pasta, wine, sauces and more food :). Not quite in central area but at walking distance from center. Quite area, a good night's sleep.

The property was clean and well equipped, perfect for our few days in Bologna. The host was very friendly, gave us some great recommendations for local places to see/eat and provided us with refreshment on our arrival. The local was perfect about 20 mins walk outside the city centre with lots of local places in the area also.

The villa is in a great location, surrounded by nature. The villa itself is in excellent condition, has excellent parking for guests, entry is through an automatic gate, the remote control for which you will receive along with the keys. The villa is located almost within the city, but on a hill, so it is secluded, and all the noise of the big city does not disturb the guests of the villa. The villa can only be reached by car. The owners of the villa are a wonderful married couple who greeted us like best friends and surrounded us with care and attention, which was not at all intrusive. The part of the villa we rented was equipped with everything we needed, had its own heating/air conditioning system, excellent kitchen, washing machine. The bedroom is very clean, the bed is comfortable but very squeaky, keep that in mind. The bed linen is clean, the blankets and pillows are good. I recommend this villa without any doubt.

The hotel is situated in the city center so it is really fast and easy to reach all main city´s attractions in 5-10 minutes by walk - excellent choice for families with children. Moreover the hotel has its own private garden so it is very comfortable to place your babies´ buggy there + there is also an absolute silence all the day. I would also like to thank the hostess of the hotel for the willingness to help us on a variety of issues (especially with a parking) - everything was very polite and nice! Check-in, check-out and hotel stay instructions were complete and clear, we did not have a single question about this!

Perfect location in the heart of historical Bologna next to Piazza Maggiore, with walking dustance to all monuments and attractions.The flat is comfortable, very clean, situated in the elegant house, near to many shops and restaurants. Very good cooperation with administrator of this place.
